Alpina Square is within the enclave of the Equine Lagoon (Site A) of the PEARL OF THE CARIBBEAN Integrated Resort Development which include an international-standard Thoroughbred horseracing track already in operation. It will be managed by The Alpina St. Lucia Hotel.
