- SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years international working experience
- Possess good knowledge and experience in the construction of large scale projects, engineering design or consultation work, project planning, project management and execution
- Must be results oriented with strong leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
Job Scope:
- Manage a project team consisting of internal staff and consultants to resolve matters
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
- Coordinate with Authorities
- SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 15 years international working experience in large scale architectural projects development
- Ability to manage consultants, clients and contractors;
- Strong in contract documentation and implementation
Job Scope:
- Conduct meetings and prepare development proposal for presentation and submission to partners and/or client
- Draft and review project contracts
- Prepare project schedule/program and monitor progress
- Coordinate with Authorities
- SENIOR DESIGN ARCHITECT
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 15 years international working experience in large scale development projects development
- Ability to liaise with clients, authorities and contractors
- Strong design presentation and graphic skill, detailing and documentation
Job Scope:
- Prepare conceptual detail design and schematic design
- Responsible for all design proposal scheme and deliverable
- SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
Requirements:
- Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Minimum 10 years international large scale projects work experience in landscape design, coordination and production
- Experience in both softscape and hardscape of exterior and interior landscape packages
- Well versed in production of landscape works construction drawings
- Ability to design and prepare plans, specifications and cost estimates for projects
Job Scope:
- Develops designs, working drawings, specifications and related aspects for required projects under the supervision of the senior concept designer.
- Ensure designs and drawings are compliant with municipal standards and client requirements, and deliverables compliant with scope of work and contract requirements.
- Review materials samples, shop drawings, performance designs for compliance with specifications
- SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER (Mechanical & Electrical)
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years international working experience in large scale projects development
- Ability to manage consultants, clients and contractors;
- Strong in contract documentation and implementation
Job Scope:
- Conduct meetings, negotiate, review tenders and make recommendations to management
- Draft and review project contracts
- Prepare project schedule/program and monitor progress
- Coordinate with Authorities
- SENIOR Draughtsmen (Architecture/Town Planning/Landscape Architecture)
Requirements:
- Diploma/Technical Certificate in Architecture/Town Planning/Landscape Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years working experience preferably in design consultant office
- Knowledge of AutoCAD computer programme and good technical knowledge/background are a must
- Well verse in Construction Code and Method and local drafting standards
- Able to work independently and possess good detailing skill
Job Scope:
- Produce documentation fits for tender and construction
- SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Requirements:
- Degree or higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
- International large scale projects work experience in pre and post contract functions including tender/contract preparation, tabulating project costs, preparing BOQ, verifying remeasured quantities, drafting commercial correspondence, providing estimates and handling variations, compiling and issuing regular cost reports for site contracts
- Minimum 15 years working experience
Job Scope:
- Prepare Bill of Quantities and specifications
- Draft and review and project contracts
- Prepare project budget and costing
- Conduct Tender and Award procedures
- Negotiate costing and review claims
